I love the natural, beautiful, scenic surroundings we have here in Cape Town and I love it even more when I can share and capture it for you.

These two avid world travellers came all the way from Germany and chose Cape Town as their backdrop for their happily-ever-after. In four hours, we went to four of my favourite locations in Cape Town and I'm stoked to share the experience with you.

#1 HOUT BAY

We started our scenic Cape Town elopement in Hout Bay, a short walk from their accommodation, where they chose to have their ceremony. We were surrounded by 360 degrees of beautiful ocean, mountains, and natural views, although the wind was howling but it was worth it!

#2 SIGNAL HILL

Signal Hill is the ultimate location for any scenic Cape Town elopement to get that classic, postcard-ready view of the iconic Table Mountain. This is one of my personal favourite locations to shoot - more to follow in a blog post soon! Although nothing beats Signal Hill during sunset & golden hour, with the sky catching alight and the mountains turning pink, watching as the city lights shine bright.

#3 GLEN BEACH

Our third stop on our scenic Cape Town elopement was Glen Beach. It's the new favourite shoot location for locals and international tourists. With jaw-dropping views of Camps Bay's white sandy beach and the Twelve Apostles mountain range. You'll have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

#4 TWINSTALO

Twinstalo was the last stop on our scenic Cape Town elopement, it was the perfect location to end the day! The couple had a reservation booked, and the staff were kind enough to give us 10 minutes on the beach to capture the most beautiful sunset, overlooking the Sentinel mountain peak. An extremely extraordinary landscape with grougeous sunset light made every moment picture perfect.

What do you think of this scenic Cape Town elopement? Is it something you'd consider doing yourself? Do you find these locations as awe-inspiring as we do? One thing I know for certain is that I never get tired of the natural beauty surrounding Cape Town, and I am beyond thankful I got to spend four hours with this couple, capturing magic!
